Can you restore my site to a previous version?
Yes. Backup and restore is a staple of the WordPress maintenance service. We keep up to 90 days of daily backups to which we can restore your site at any point.
Do you offer 24/7 tech support?

At this time, non-hosting support availability varies from day-to-day due to our commitment to freedom — working from the comfort of our own homes or wherever we find ourselves happy and productive.
What do you do if my site is hacked?
We monitor the security of your site in real-time. If your site is hacked, then we will immediately begin work to repair it. If the repair doesn’t work, we will restore a backup of your site from within the last 24 hours and work to harden your website against future attacks.
What if my site is infected before I sign up?
If your website has malware before migrating your hosting to Creative Reload, it’s removal is not covered under your agreement. In that case, we recommend a service like Sucuri, which has an excellent support team and a track record of getting the job done.
What happens if my site breaks?
Simple. We get it back up and running. We’re here so you don’t have to worry.
That said, we cannot replace your theme or plugin developers. So, if your theme or plugin developer stops the development of your theme or plugin, then we can continue to update your other themes and/or plugins until doing so creates a conflict with the themes and/or plugins that are no longer supported.
Why web hosting? Aren’t there plenty of hosting companies?
Most web hosting companies provide a tool — not a service. Simply put, most small business don’t need a tool, they just need someone to provide the service for them. I aim to do just that.

My hosting service is a great fit for any small business who doesn’t want to deal with anything technical. And of course, a website running WordPress.
Who is not a good fit?
If you are a developer and would like full access to everything, then you are probably not a good fit for my service. For you I would recommend checking out WP Engine.
